Their Royal Highnesses of the East kindly ask that any gifts presented to them be accompanied by contact information so that proper thanks may be given with a handwritten note of appreciation.
Information may be provided in any of the following ways:
- By completing the Google Form via the QR code included below. A physical copy of the QR code will also be available in each of Their Highnesses’ retainer bags at events.
- By giving the information directly to the retainers to be recorded in the gift log.
- By including a contact card along with the gift.
The following information is requested:
- Name
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Event where the gift was presented
- Description of the gift
- Any comments or questions
Their Highnesses greatly appreciate the generosity and thoughtfulness of the populace and thank you for helping ensure every gift and giver may be properly acknowledged.
